Finding images online can be a huge hassle, especially when it comes to celebrity and fashion images that you want to legally use. Most bloggers push aside the legality issues and just grab whatever images they can.

As blogs grow into businesses, this could easily become a problem, but thankfully there are sources of free, high quality images that bloggers can use. Of course, with any free source of images, there is always a downside, but I believe the ends justify the means, and that the products we as bloggers are getting for free are still great, despite any small issues.

The biggest and best source of images currently is PicApp. They have recently added Splash News images to their library, giving bloggers access to thousands of new celebrity images. There is an extensive library of recent celebrity images that all of the gossip sites are clamoring over.

Looking for fashion runway images? PicApp has those as well thanks to the various image providers they have. The user interface is simple, and you can add images to your blog posts without registering. The only issue that some people have is the advertisements below the image, which I agree isn’t as good as a previous implementation they had where the advertisements were only seen when hovering on the image, but I am still impressed with the variety of images, and how recent they are.
